Registration Instructions

Please register online no later than January 30, 2026, as we need to confirm numbers as soon as possible.

Your registration fee includes:

• Thursday Night’s Meet & Greet Reception (Food)

• Friday’s Riverboat (Lunch- Southern Style Buffet/Sightseeing Tour)

• Saturday’s White Affair Banquet (Food)

• and the Family Reunion T-shirt

In order to meet mandatory prepaid expenses that require reservations and deposits to secure facilities, we are requesting that you complete your registration in full by January 30, 2026 or adhere to the installment plans as listed below:

2026 Family Reunion Fees

• Adults (and kids 12 years and up) $115.00

• Children (ages 4-11) $ 81.00

• Infants & Toddlers (under 4 years old) (T-shirt fee) $10.00

After RSVP’ing, please make payment following the steps on this page: Make a Payment

Deposit Due January 30, 2026

• Payment 1 (initial non-refundable deposit) $25.00 adult, $15.00 children, and $10.00 Toddler

• Payment 2 due March 28, 2026

• Payment 3, ALL PAYMENTS by May 17, 2026 (No payments will be

  accepted after May 17, 2026) AGAIN, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-

  REFUNDABLE.

T-shirt Sizes

Infant- 6 months to 24 months (6, 12, and 24-months sizes)

Toddlers- 2T-5/6T (2T, 3T, 4T, 5/6T)

Youth- Small to Youth X-Large (YS size 6-8; YM size 10-12; YL size 14-16)

Adult-Small-X-Large (Small, Medium, Large and X-Large)

Adult- 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL
